HTU Students Participate in LEAP Technology Conference with Support from "Business in Arabic"

Recently, Al Hussein Technical University (HTU), with the support of the "Business Bel3arabi" initiative, sent a group of its students to participate in the LEAP 2024 conference in Saudi Arabia, one of the largest technological gatherings expected to host over 172,000 visitors, with more than a thousand speakers and experts.

The delegation of HTU students consisted of specialists in various fields, including energy engineering, information technology, and computer science. This strategic collaboration with Business in Arabic aimed to enhance the skills of these students, broaden their knowledge, and provide opportunities for them to explore the latest technologies shaping the future.

In a statement, Prof. Ismael Al-Hinti, President of HTU, expressed the university's strong commitment to enriching students' experiences through exposure to global experiences and engagement with the technological business community at this global event.

He also emphasized the importance of this event in stimulating creative thinking among students and fostering entrepreneurial initiative, aligning with the key applications of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

Engineer Mohammed Al-Khawaja, founder of Business Bel3arabi initiative and a fellow at the university, emphasized the significance of this step in empowering students to showcase their innovative projects, attracting potential investors, and building relationships with industrial leaders and research institutions.

On the other hand, student Mohammed Quttabi from HTU expressed his enthusiasm for participating in the conference, expressing his aspirations for a successful future in the field of technology and establishing his own startup.

Similarly, student Mohammed Al-Hwaitat pointed out that this participation would contribute to developing his skills and expanding his understanding of modern technology, guiding the current generation towards focusing on the future, especially amidst the strategic shift towards establishing innovative technology companies in the country.
